Fractured clavicle

This is a radiograph of a newborn baby who had asymmetrical moro reflex following a difficult delivery with shoulder dystocia. The radiograph shows a fractured right clavicle.

Note: This is not dextrocardia! The x-ray film was placed on illumunator back to front, creating a mirror image of the true film.
