This is a radiograph of a newborn baby who had asymmetrical moro reflex following a difficult delivery with shoulder dystocia. The radiograph shows a fractured right clavicle.
Note: This is not dextrocardia! The x-ray film was placed on illumunator back to front, creating a mirror image of the true film.

dr.Niyaf, this is all very fascinating... if it isnt too mouch trouble, when u post new stuff, could you add on little bits in non-medical terms so that anybody can understand what it is? i am a prospective med student ( currently doing A levels though) Cheers (Y)
